An INSPIRATION FOR ALL AGES

Taino is the name of the indigenous tribe, which gave rise to all agro-culture of the island. Gourmet is our choice of the most famous and popular dishes that we would like to share and teach you cook.

With time flow, new recipes flowed into the Dominican culture and dishes due to the Spanish colonization, the culture of African countries, cultivation of sugar cane and much more. Nevertheless, like earlier, I the preparation of food, the ingredients that cultivated in the era of the Taino tribe, which is a authentic value of the entire culture of the “Quisqueya” island.

The main PURPOSE of our project is to inform 20,000 of our Guests/year, that the Dominican Republic is not only sun, white sand and palm trees, but also a beautiful country with a rich culture, in particular tasty and healthy cuisine. Familiarization and involvement in island life and culture through the national cuisine IS OUR GIFT TO YOU.
